Black Friday 2026 is Friday 27 November, with Thanksgiving on the 26th and Cyber Monday on the 30th. Sixteen days earlier, on Wednesday 11 November, is 11.11 — the larger of the two across Vietnam and South-East Asia, and for many shops the real opening of the season rather than a separate event.
Nine templates cover the period. They all carry a countdown and an order form, so what actually separates them is how much photography they ask for and how loud they are.
The seven Black Friday pages
Ordered by what they demand of you, lightest first:
- Black Friday Last Chance — 12 sections, 10 photographs. Dark and serif. The one to reach for when you are short of images and long on urgency.
- Black Friday Home Sale — 8 sections, 16 photographs. Light and bold, the shortest page of the set, which makes it the fastest to fill and the easiest to read on a phone.
- Black Friday Drop Board — 11 sections, 15 photographs. Editorial and luxury as well as light and serif: the least shouty page here, for brands that discount without looking cheap.
- Black Friday Early Access — 12 sections, 16 photographs, dark and serif. Built for a list: early access first, public sale later.
- Black Friday Premium Brands — 12 sections, 19 photographs, light, serif and luxury. For multi-brand retail where the names are part of the offer.
- Black Friday Mega Sale — 12 sections, 31 photographs. The full department-store treatment.
- Black Friday Marketplace — 12 sections, 37 photographs, the largest in the library for this season. Only start it if the images already exist.
The photograph count is the number to read first. A page you cannot fill is slower than a plainer page you can.
11.11 and the run-up
11.11 Flash Sale is light, 12 sections, 28 photographs, countdown and order form. Kids 11.11 Sale is the playful version at 20 photographs, and suits toys, clothing and family goods.
If your sale is not pinned to either date, Dated Flash Sale is deliberately generic — 10 sections, 10 photographs, bold — and Waitlist Drop collects demand before a release rather than selling into it. For clearing stock after the weekend, Streetwear Clearance Sale carries no countdown, which is correct: a clearance has no deadline to fake.
The countdown has to be true
Every page above can show a live countdown, and that is the one element on a Black Friday page that will be checked. If the clock reaches zero and the discount is still there, you have taught every returning visitor to ignore the next one. Set the end time to the time the offer actually ends, and decide in advance what the page says on the 28th — a second offer, a waitlist, or an honest "this has ended".
The whole Countdown shelf lists every template in the library that carries one.
Dates to work back from
Publish by mid-November so the page is indexed and your own channels have somewhere to point during 11.11. Traffic concentrates between the 25th and the 30th; whatever is broken on the 24th will be broken at the busiest hour of the year.
Before this: Halloween. After it: Christmas, where the deadline is your last posting day rather than the 25th. All five dates are in the 2026 seasonal calendar.
