These Terms of Service govern your use of landflow at landflow.tech. Please read them before creating an account or publishing a page.

These Terms of Service (the Terms) are an agreement between you and [legal entity name], trading as landflow, of [registered address] (we, us or landflow). They apply when you access or use landflow.tech and the landflow service.
By creating an account, using the service or publishing a page, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.
landflow is a service for creating and publishing landing pages that collect leads. It is not a general website builder or an online shop.
The service includes finished landing page templates, page editing tools, AI-assisted page generation and copy rewriting, lead collection, lead exports, publishing tools, integrations and related features made available under your plan.
landflow provides 196 landing page templates across 11 industries. Each template includes sample photographs, sample copy, a working form and four colour schemes. A template may be used as a starting point without spending credits.
Pages may be published to a landflow subdomain in the format yourname.landflow.site or to a custom domain. landflow offers a WordPress integration; Shopify is intended and not available yet. The WordPress integration can publish a page under your own WordPress permalinks. A Shopify integration is intended but is not available yet.
You must provide accurate, current account information. You must keep your login details secure and must not allow another person to use your account except where the service permits this.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may use the service only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other organisation, that organisation is responsible for complying with these Terms.
landflow offers Free, Starter, Growth and Scale plans. The Free plan includes one published page, 200 credits each month and up to 100 leads. At the date of these Terms, Starter is priced at £19, Growth at £49 and Scale at £149, subject to the billing period and terms shown when you subscribe.
Billing is based on live pages, not seats. A live page is a page that is published and available at a landflow subdomain, custom domain, WordPress location or other publication location supported by the service. Your plan and checkout information will state the number of live pages included and the price payable for them.
Credits are used only for model calls. They are not used to start from a finished template, publish a page, collect a lead, use the editor or use a non-AI feature. An AI-built page generally uses 200 to 400 credits. An AI copy rewrite generally uses about 20 credits. Actual credit use is shown in the service and may vary with the request and model work required.
If you have no credits available, your published pages remain live and you may continue to use the editor. You cannot run an AI action that requires credits until credits become available or you obtain additional credits through options made available in the service.
Your plan may include a lead cap. If the cap is reached, landflow does not discard new leads. It stores them but hides them in the leads inbox until you upgrade to a plan that allows access. You remain responsible for selecting a plan that meets your needs.
We may change plans, prices, included credits or plan limits. We will give at least [notice period] notice before a change affects an existing paid subscription, unless a shorter period is required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons. Changes will not apply retrospectively to fees already paid for a current billing period unless you agree otherwise.
You are responsible for every page, form, advertisement, offer, image, claim, link and other material that you publish or submit through the service. You must have all permissions, rights and lawful bases needed to use that material and to collect, use and share personal data submitted through your pages.
You must provide any notices, obtain any consents and configure any pixels, server-side events and integrations required by applicable law. This includes laws that apply to cookies, advertising technologies, direct marketing, data protection and consumer information.
You must not use landflow to publish, send, collect or facilitate material that is unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or infringing. You must not publish malware, collect data without authority, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, evade limits, or use the service to spam people.
You must not use a page to make false or unsubstantiated claims, including claims about prices, health, finance, legal outcomes, availability or product performance. We may remove or restrict content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, creates legal risk or may harm users, third parties or the service.
Lead forms send submitted leads to your landflow leads inbox. Leads can be exported as CSV. Each lead may include attribution data such as source, campaign, click ID and landing URL where that data is available. Attribution is recorded on the lead row.
The service can send pixels and server-side events to supported destinations, including GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Slack, Google Sheets, webhooks and custom code. Events may be queued and retried. You are responsible for checking that your configuration is correct and that event transmission is lawful.
We do not guarantee that third-party services, browsers, networks, ad platforms or integrations will accept, process or report every event or lead. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to landflow, including your business copy, logos, images and other materials, subject to the rights needed to operate the service. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.
We and our licensors retain all rights in landflow, its software, templates, design systems, template copy, template photographs, AI tooling and other service materials. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the 196 templates within landflow to create and publish landing pages for your own lawful business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, copy for a competing template library, extract, sublicense or make the templates available as standalone assets. You may not claim ownership of a template or its underlying design merely because you used it to create a page.
Template photographs are supplied as part of the template. They may not represent your business, products, staff, premises or customers. You should replace them with photographs and other assets that you own or are licensed to use before publishing.
landflow runs a six-step quality gate before a page is published. A page that fails the gate does not go live. The quality gate is a product control, not legal, advertising, accessibility, security or regulatory approval. You remain responsible for reviewing your page before publication.
We will use reasonable care to make the service available and to provide support through [email protected]. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular uptime percentage, a response time or that every issue can be resolved. Maintenance, third-party failures, internet conditions, security work and events outside our control may affect the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. You may cancel a paid plan using the account controls or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect as stated at the point of cancellation. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, create a security risk, use the service unlawfully, or if suspension is reasonably necessary to protect landflow, users or third parties. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
On termination, your right to use the service and templates ends. You should export your leads and content before your account closes. [Details of data access and deletion after termination.]
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes liability for [liability that cannot be excluded under the governing law].
To the fullest extent permitted by law, landflow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunity or anticipated savings arising from your use of the service.
Subject to the previous paragraphs, landflow's total liability arising out of or in connection with the service and these Terms is limited to [liability cap].
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of [governing law]. The courts of [jurisdiction] will have [exclusive/non-exclusive] jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
