Food, programme and guest-list enquiries
For food and drink festivals, markets and restaurant weekends that need to establish the date and atmosphere, introduce vendors and activities, answer practical questions, then collect pass enquiries in one place.
Switch devices, scroll the full page, or open the live demo. This is the exact layout, photos and sample text a new page starts with.
The headings are the demo's own sample text. Your brief, or the AI copy pass, replaces them; the structure stays.

Food-led events are bought on more than a date and a location. Visitors want to know what sort of day or weekend they are considering, who will be cooking, what else is happening and how they can take part. A generic event page can reduce that to a poster, a short description and a booking prompt. That undersells an event built around taste, people and a changing programme.
This template is for a food festival, street-food market, night market, harvest weekend, beer event or cultural fair with food at its centre. It can also work for a restaurant’s opening weekend. In that case, the food categories and vendor names can become the menu, the chefs and the collaborators involved.
The page is designed to move from appetite to practical action. It gives the event a large opening image and a direct headline, then makes room for the food offer, participating vendors, the wider programme and visitor questions. It ends by asking guests which pass they want, so the organiser can follow up by email.
It is not a full ticket checkout page. The final action is an enquiry form. That makes it a sensible starting point for an event still confirming attendance, managing invitations, gathering guest-list interest or sending pass details later.
The Hero begins with “Good Food Brighter People”, a date and a place, one photograph and a “Get Tickets” button. Replace the sample line with the event’s own promise, then make the date and venue unmissable. The button wording means there needs to be a clear next step behind it, even if the process starts with an enquiry rather than payment.
The Logo strip follows with a photograph. This is a short visual pause after the first call to action. It can support the event identity or carry an image that continues the atmosphere established at the top of the page.
Flavors is where the event becomes specific. “Flavors Around The World” is paired with the line “Street food. Bold chefs. Real stories. All in one place.” Two photographs sit alongside a list of food-led points. This is the place to name cuisines, cooking traditions, signature dishes or the kinds of stalls guests will find. Write with enough detail that a visitor can picture the offer without making claims that vendors have not confirmed.
The Vendors band, headed “Some of our vendors”, gives participating businesses their own moment. Use it for the names people may already recognise and for newer kitchens worth discovering. If the event has not announced every trader, write the section so it remains accurate as names are added. For a restaurant weekend, this can introduce chefs, suppliers or guest collaborators instead.
The Program band is headed “More Than Food” and includes a photograph with a short list. It is for demonstrations, music, talks, workshops or other reasons to stay beyond a meal. Keep each item concrete. State what it is, when it happens and whether it is part of the pass being requested. A programme is useful only when guests can use it to plan their time.
Real People Amazing Food explains the event’s point of view. Its existing copy centres chefs, food lovers and curious minds, and says that each stall is run by the people who cook there. Use this section for the principle that connects the event: local producers, regional cooking, independent kitchens, a particular culture or a shared cause. The supporting list should reinforce that principle rather than repeat the vendor list.
Before You Come is an accordion for the questions that stop people committing. The sample points visitors to an email address and an information point at the event. Replace both with real contact and on-site details. Use the accordion for matters such as entry, children, dietary needs, access, travel, weather arrangements and what a pass request means. Answer only what the organiser can stand behind.
The final Join band, “Save Your Seat At The Table”, contains the enquiry form and a photograph. It says guests can state the pass they want and receive it by email, together with a map, stall list and running order before the event. That promise should shape the process behind the form. If those materials will not be sent, change the copy before publishing.
The template offers Carnival, Chilli, Mango and Basil colour schemes. Choose one that suits the event identity and use it consistently across the event’s own material. The supplied direction combines Permanent Marker for display text with IBM Plex Mono for body copy. Alternatives include Caveat Brush with IBM Plex Mono, or Anton with IBM Plex Mono. The type choice should remain readable when dates, vendor names and programme details become more substantial.
The page needs eight photographs. One leads the Hero; one appears in the Logo strip; two support Flavors; and further images appear with Program, Real People Amazing Food and Join. Prepare images that give each band a separate job. The opening photograph should establish the event. Food images should make the offer legible. Programme and joining images should support activity and attendance rather than repeat the same plate or stall.
Starting from this template costs no credits. Rewriting the copy with AI costs about 20 credits. A useful brief names the event, date, location, audience, food focus, confirmed vendors, programme and the precise enquiry outcome wanted.
It should also say what is confirmed and what is still provisional. If passes are requested rather than purchased, say so. If an email will send the map and running order later, state when that will happen. The AI can organise a good brief into the page, but it cannot confirm a vendor, a schedule or an access arrangement that has not been supplied.
Start with the event name, headline, date and venue. Then prepare a current food and vendor list, plus short descriptions that distinguish one offering from another. Write the programme in a usable order, with enough information for guests to decide what they want to attend.
Set aside the eight photographs before adapting the page. Gather practical answers for Before You Come, including the contact route and any on-site help point. Finally, decide what happens after the enquiry form is sent: who receives it, which pass options are available and what information the guest will receive by email.
A beer weekend can make Flavors about breweries, styles and food pairings, while Vendors names brewers and food traders. Program can focus on tastings, talks and music.
A night market can use the food section for stall categories and the programme for performances or late-evening activity. Its practical questions should clearly explain arrival, timings and any access arrangements.
A restaurant opening weekend can make the event more intimate. Replace vendor-led copy with the kitchen team, guest chefs, dishes and the schedule across the opening days. The enquiry form can collect interest in the pass or invitation being offered.
If the event is broader than food and needs a more general structure, consider the Event template. For a business-focused exhibition where navigation around exhibitors matters most, use Trade Expo Floor Plan.
For a participant-led sporting day, City Marathon Race Day is the closer fit. If the main task is taking registrations for a fashion-industry event, see Fashion Week Registration. A restaurant or food business with a seasonal offer rather than a dated festival may suit Seasonal Kitchen. Browse all events templates for other formats.
Starting from the theme costs no credits. Or describe the offer and the AI draws a new page in this style, usually in about two minutes.
