How this page works, and how to make it yours

For schools that fill classes one trial at a time

People choosing a tutoring centre are anxious and short on time. They want to know whether it works, who will teach them and what it costs, and then they want someone to call them back. Course Enrolment is built around that sequence, with a bright royal blue and amber palette, a stat band and named tutors, and a free trial class as the single goal.

It suits exam-prep and tutoring centres, language schools, coding bootcamps, test-prep academies and university entrance coaching. If your brief says “trial class”, “placement test” or “resit”, start here.

How the page sells, section by section

The hero speaks to one situation, “Retaking a subject? Try a class for free”, with a student photograph and a rating line from students who passed. A results band follows straight away: how many students, the pass rate on resits and how long the centre has been teaching.

The trial class section explains what the free session includes, so it does not feel like a sales call in disguise. What happens next lays out the three steps from leaving a number to the first class, including how quickly someone calls back.

Instructors introduces the teachers by name and subject, and student stories gives six short accounts of people who retook and passed. Why it works explains the method in one argument, tuition lists what each subject costs with materials included, questions removes the last doubts about deposits and scheduling, and the page ends on a trial class form.

Making it yours

Four colour schemes come with it: Exam blue, Scholar navy, Energy orange and Royal purple. Font pairings are Archivo with Plus Jakarta Sans, Familjen Grotesk with Hanken Grotesk, Lexend with Nunito Sans, and Epilogue with Barlow. Every section repaints when you switch.

The template carries a lot of photography, 28 images in the demo, because faces of tutors and students do much of the persuading. Replace them first, then edit the stat band and tuition figures in place.

Writing the brief

You can start from the template without spending credits, or ask the AI to replace the sample text with copy for your school for about 20 credits, keeping the layout. A useful brief names the subjects or exams, who the students are, the trial offer, your real pass rate and how it was counted, tuition per subject and how fast you call back.

What to collect from your school

The page is built around people and proof, and it uses a lot of photography: twenty-eight images in the sample. Before you start, ask each tutor for a clear portrait, the subjects they teach and one line on their background. Pull your pass rate for a named period and the number of students it covers, because the stat band is only persuasive when the base number is visible next to the percentage.

Student stories work best when they include the subject, the grade before and after, and how many sessions it took. Collect permission to use first names and photos. Finally, write out exactly what happens after someone leaves their number: who calls, how quickly, what they ask and when the trial class takes place. The three-step roadmap section is often what turns an anxious student into a booking, so it has to match how your front desk really works.

Language schools, bootcamps and test prep

A language school can swap the retake angle for a placement test and show levels instead of subjects. Coding bootcamps usually replace pass rates with job outcomes and cohort dates, and the tutors section becomes mentors with the companies they work at. For university-entrance coaching, the trial class can be a mock exam with marked feedback, and the schedule section should show intake dates and how many places remain in each group.

When another template fits better

Course Enrolment is built for a physical or scheduled class with a callback. If you sell self-paced online courses with checkout, Online Courses Daylight puts the catalogue and prices first. A cohort programme with an enrolment deadline fits Course Early-Bird Enrolment, which adds a countdown. Marketplaces with many instructors are better served by Learning Platform, and parents looking at nurseries or holiday clubs respond to the softer tone of Preschool and Summer Camp.

All of them are on the course and education templates page.

Before you publish

  • Use photographs of your actual tutors; stock faces undo the instructor section.
  • Check that the pass rate states the period and the number of students.
  • Collect permission for every student story.
  • Set the form to ask which subject the student needs, so the callback starts in the right place.
04 questions

Before you start

What kind of schools is this template for?
Tutoring centres, exam-prep and test-prep academies, language schools, coding bootcamps and university entrance coaching: anywhere the first step is a trial class or placement test.
Can I show the timetable?
The sample uses a three-step 'what happens next' band instead of a timetable. You can add a schedule section from the library if your classes run at fixed times.
How are instructors shown?
As named cards with photo, subject and background. Visitors can tap a card for more, so keep each bio short and specific to the subject taught.
Which schemes are included?
Exam blue, Scholar navy, Energy orange and Royal purple, with four font pairings led by Archivo, Familjen Grotesk, Lexend or Epilogue.
