How this page works, and how to make it yours

For a night sold on the line-up

Club nights are chosen on three things: who is playing, what the room looks like, and what it costs before fees. New Year Party puts all three within the first two screens. A disco ball hangs over the year in a neon gradient, the countdown runs live, and the line-up names each DJ with the room and the set time.

It suits New Year's Eve parties, club nights, warehouse events and launch parties. Pick it when music is the product and the crowd is comparing several nights in the same city.

How the page sells, section by section

The hero carries the year, the date, the city and a countdown. The line-up gives four DJs with their rooms and times, and a film still follows.

A short highlights band covers sound, visuals, bars and the VIP offer. How the night runs is the timeline from doors to the last record, which is what convinces people to buy early. Pick your room describes three rooms in tabs with capacities.

Ticket tiers price entry, fast lane and stage-side with what each includes. Last year shows the numbers from the previous edition. The venue gives the address, transport and getting home. The page closes with the ticket form, reviews and questions.

Making it yours

Neon red, Hot pink, Ultraviolet and Electric blue schemes are included, with Prata, Cormorant Garamond or Playfair Display. The photography should come from previous nights: the room full, lights on the crowd, the confetti at midnight. Empty-venue shots kill the energy the layout is built for.

What to confirm before tickets go live

Get set times in writing from every act and the venue, and publish them only when they are fixed. Confirm capacity per room and per tier, and keep the remaining counts honest, since a page that says twelve left all week is noticed.

State the age limit and the ID you accept, the re-entry policy, cloakroom, and whether tickets are transferable and until when. Write the refund dates. Check the last trains, buses and rideshare zones and put them on the page. Safety matters at a big night: say how security, welfare and first aid work, and keep the fire capacity you advertise.

Writing it with the AI

Start from the template for free, or tick “Write the text for my business” for about 20 credits. A good brief names the event, the venue and date, the DJs with rooms and set times, the tiers with prices and what they include, the age and ID rules, and the refund and transfer dates.

Adapting it for other nights

A summer warehouse party keeps the structure with a different palette. A launch party can replace the line-up with the reason for the night and add a guest list. A festival after-party can point back to the main event and sell a combined ticket. A student night can drop the tiers to one price and add a group discount.

As the night sells

Mark tiers sold out rather than hiding them, and move the practical answers higher in the final week: doors, ID, transport. On the day, replace the hero buttons with the door policy. The morning after, put up photographs and open the list for next year while the night is still fresh.

Filling a club night

Club tickets come from the DJs' own audiences, the venue's list, city listings and paid social in the final fortnight. Give each act and partner a link so places arrive tagged and you can see who genuinely brings a crowd. Keep the room descriptions and set times current, because that is what people check before they commit. After the night, publish photographs and open the list for the next one while the crowd is still posting about it.

When another template fits better

For a rooftop celebration sold on the view and dinner, New Year Countdown is calmer and more formal. A themed costume night fits Halloween Manor Party, and a camping weekend fits Music Festival. All event layouts are on the event templates page.

Before you publish

  • Confirm set times with every act.
  • Keep remaining ticket counts honest.
  • State age, ID, re-entry and transfer rules.
  • Publish transport and how to get home.
  • Test the ticket form and the payment link.
