Residences, materials and enquiries
A property enquiry template for developers, architects and design-led built spaces that need to show the building, explain its materials and location, then invite prospective buyers or occupiers to ask for plans.
Switch devices, scroll the full page, or open the live demo. This is the exact layout, photos and sample text a new page starts with.
The headings are the demo's own sample text. Your brief, or the AI copy pass, replaces them; the structure stays.

This template is for a business selling or letting a built thing with a clear point of view. That may be a residential development, a workplace, a hotel, a furniture collection, a maker’s studio or a gallery of objects. It is particularly suited to property businesses where prospective buyers need to understand the building before they are ready to make contact.
A generic property page can make every scheme sound alike. It often puts the enquiry too early, before the visitor has seen the layouts, the setting, the materials or the reasoning behind the project. This template gives those details their own space. It is built as a wall of panels, with light and near-black sections, photographs, written evidence and practical information appearing together.
The result is a page that can make a specific case for a place. It does not need broad claims about lifestyle. It can show the residences, explain what is nearby, name the surfaces used in the building and set out how the project has been made. The enquiry comes after that work has been done.
Choose this template when the product is the building itself. It gives a developer or studio a way to lead with the physical work rather than a general company introduction.
The Hero opens with “Spaces that endure” and one photograph. This is the place for the project name, its central idea and an image that establishes the building immediately. The short line beneath the heading can state the principles behind the development, rather than trying to explain every practical detail at once.
The Residences follows with two photographs and the promise of generous layouts, natural light and lasting materials. It has room to introduce the available homes or spaces, with calls to action for “View residences” and “View all plans”. Use this band to explain the range on offer and make the plans behind those buttons ready before publishing.
Location gives the setting its own argument. Its heading, “A better location”, is supported by the idea of being connected to the city and closer to what matters. The page includes a photograph and links for “Explore the area” and “Our vision”. This is where the business should describe the nearby places that genuinely matter to its buyers, guests or occupiers, and explain why the site was chosen.
The Logos band provides a short visual break with six photographs. It can support the identity of the project without needing more sales copy. Materials then returns to the physical building. “Five materials, chosen once” asks for a named palette and a reason for every choice. The demonstration copy focuses on surfaces that are the material itself and intended to last. A business should replace that with its own accurate material story, including only details it can stand behind.
Process, headed “From model to keys”, is for the work behind the finished result. It combines two photographs with a sequence of four points. The example refers to completed buildings, a building on site, buyer visits and inspection of the concrete. A different business can use the same structure to show its own process, but should write it from real stages, real dates and real ways of working.
Place uses three photographs to widen the picture of the project and its context. Reviews adds a quote and a photograph, so prepare a genuine client, buyer or guest comment if this band is to remain. Questions is an accordion headed “Questions, answered plainly”. It is the right place for the practical objections that hold an enquiry back. The supplied example also gives an email address and says a director responds, so replace this with the real contact arrangement your business can maintain.
The Enquire band is direct: “Ask for the plans and the list”. It contains the enquiry form and explains that a visitor can ask for floor plans, a published price list and a time to walk the finished building. Adapt this promise carefully. Only offer plans, prices, visits or other information that the business can actually send. The Closing band ends with two photographs and an “Enquire” button, giving visitors a final route to the same goal.
The template is available in Ink, Slate, Umber and Deep sea colour schemes. Its display typeface is Archivo and its body typeface is Hanken Grotesk. The available font pairings also include Epilogue with Hanken Grotesk and IBM Plex Sans with Hanken Grotesk.
It needs twenty photographs across the page. They appear in the Hero, Residences, Location, Logos, Materials, Process, Place, Reviews and Closing band. Plan the photography as one set rather than collecting images band by band. Include the exterior or main space for the opening, the homes or product range, the surrounding place, the materials, the making process and the final closing images.
The page is photo-led, bold and minimal, with uppercase headings and square corners. Keep the writing equally controlled. Let the photographs and the named details carry the weight. A different colour scheme or font pairing can change the tone, but it cannot replace clear images of the actual work.
Starting from this template costs no credits. Rewriting the copy with AI costs about 20 credits. The strongest brief names the business, the kind of place being offered, the audience and the enquiry goal. It should also name the real location, the available residences or spaces, the materials that can be specified, the process that can be evidenced and the information the business will send after an enquiry.
A useful brief is specific about the language to avoid as well. For example, a developer may want measured architectural wording rather than lifestyle language. A hotel may need to replace floor-plan language with stay information. The AI has better material to work from when it is given facts, not broad ambitions.
Before publishing, gather the material that makes the page credible. Write the project statement for the Hero. Prepare the descriptions of the residences and ensure the plans linked from that section are current. List the location points that matter, and decide what “Explore the area” and “Our vision” should lead to.
Then prepare the materials palette and the process story. These sections need named, accurate details rather than general phrases. Collect the photographs for every band, including the review image and the images that close the page. Write the accordion answers from the questions the sales or project team actually receives. Finally, decide what an enquiry will receive and make sure the form response matches the promise in the Enquire band.
An architecture practice can use the page for one completed project or a current development. Change The Residences to describe the building programme, retain Materials and Process, and use the enquiry form for project discussions or requests for information.
An interior design business can use the same structure for a residential or hospitality scheme. Replace the residences with rooms or spaces, use Materials for finishes and joinery, and make the enquiry offer fit an interior consultation rather than plans and a price list.
A workspace operator can focus Location on access and nearby amenities, then use The Residences for workspace types. The enquiry promise should state the real information available to prospective occupiers.
Property Development Portfolio is a better fit when the business needs to present a wider body of development work rather than one enquiry-led project.
Residence Launch suits a launch focused on a particular release of residences.
Waterfront Development Enquiries is the closer choice when the waterfront setting is central to the enquiry.
Off Plan Residences fits projects where off-plan residences are the main offer.
