How this page works, and how to make it yours

A page for a residence purchase that needs more than a gallery

Buying a home in a new development is not a quick retail decision. A prospective buyer needs to understand the building, the type of home available, the life around it, the payment route and what happens at a visit. A generic property page can show a building image and a contact form, but it can leave too much unanswered before the first enquiry.

Off Plan Residences is built for a development selling before completion: a condominium tower, branded residence, resort scheme or one high-end building. It can also be adapted for a completed project, provided the payment and availability wording reflects what is actually being offered. The page leads to an enquiry, with a booking route for an appointment at the sales gallery.

The dark, photo-led format is appropriate where the architecture and setting need to carry part of the decision. It gives the development room to state the practical case as well: home types, shared facilities, travel times and the terms of reservation. The aim is not to put every detail on one page. It is to make a visit feel like the sensible next step.

How the page takes a buyer from the building to a visit

The Hero opens with “Elevated Living Redefined”, two photographs and the actions “Book a Visit” and “Discover the Project”. This is where the developer should state the building name, place and clearest reason to consider it. The headline image needs to show the project at its most recognisable, while the second image can support the setting, architecture or interior proposition. Keep the first message specific enough that a buyer knows what sort of residence is being offered.

Project, headed “Where City Life Meets Serenity”, follows with a photograph and the development story. This is the place for the location within the city or resort, the scale of the scheme and the intended way of living. It should not repeat the hero. It should explain why this site and this building belong together.

The Logo strip gives six visual assets a place in the page. Prepare these carefully. They may represent the parties or names that the development needs to identify, but only include material that can be presented accurately and with permission.

Residences is where “Homes for Every Chapter” becomes the buying offer. Its three photographs should support the available home types and the interiors or layouts behind them. Write the unit names, sizes, entry prices and delivery details that a buyer needs before making contact. If kitchens, wardrobes or climate control are part of the delivered home, make the wording match the actual specification. Do not use broad lifestyle language where a clear list of choices would be more useful.

Amenities explains the shared proposition under “More Than Just a Home”. The template frames this around amenities, well-being, productivity and connection, and gives the section four photographs. Choose images that show the facilities being described. The copy should say what residents can use and whether the amenity floors are central to the project’s offer, without promising access, services or opening arrangements that have not been confirmed.

Location, headed “Fifteen Minutes From Everything”, is for practical proximity. The template uses a short location story alongside a list. Replace the sample journey times with real, checked distances from the door. Include only destinations that matter to the intended buyer: transport, a business district, waterfront, school area or local centre. Time claims need a consistent basis, whether walking, driving or public transport.

Terms is a central decision section. “What You Pay, and When” contains a table for the payment schedule and describes two interest-free routes in the example. Use it to set out the actual deposit, milestone payments and final amount due, or the availability terms for a completed building. If funds are held in escrow or released through a certified process, the wording must be approved and precise. This is not a place for implied financial assurances.

The Quote band adds one photograph and a quoted voice. Use a real, authorised quotation that brings a useful perspective to the project, rather than a vague endorsement. Questions then handles “Before You Reserve” through an accordion. Put the questions sales advisers hear repeatedly here: reservation process, completion position, home specification, payment timing and arranging a viewing. Keep direct contact details current if they are used in the text.

Visit turns interest into the intended action. “See the Model, Then the View” describes an appointment with a sales adviser, model, material board and floor plans. The form and photograph should make clear what the appointment includes at this particular development. The Closing band returns to the building image and gives buyers the two next actions again: “See the Residences” or “Book a Visit”.

Adapting the design to the project

The template has Gold, Bronze, Platinum and Copper colour schemes. Select one that supports the building’s own material and brand system, then use it consistently across the supplied project material. The type pairing is Prata for display text and Hanken Grotesk for body copy. Alternatives include Parisienne with Hanken Grotesk, or Playfair Display with Hanken Grotesk. Choose a pairing that remains appropriate for floor-plan labels, payment information and location detail, not only for the headline.

It needs 19 photographs or visual assets across the page. Two appear in the Hero; one supports Project; six appear in the Logo strip; three support Residences; four sit with Amenities; and single images appear in Quote, Visit and the Closing band. Plan the shoot and supplied artwork before copywriting. This prevents the page being filled with repeated exterior images where buyers need to see a home, a facility or the sales experience.

Writing it for your business

Starting from this template costs no credits. Rewriting the copy with AI costs about 20 credits. A useful brief names the development, its location, the homes being sold, the current entry price, the payment route and the purpose of the appointment. It should also state which claims are approved, which amenities are confirmed and whether the project is off-plan or completed.

Give the AI the facts it needs rather than asking for a luxury tone. Include approved journey times, the exact specification language, completion position and the contact route for the sales gallery. The resulting page will be clearer when the brief distinguishes firm information from material still subject to change.

What to prepare before publishing

Start with the information a sales adviser would need to answer in the first call. Prepare an approved building description, the residence types, sizes, entry prices and current availability position. Provide the payment schedule for the Terms table and have its wording checked by the people responsible for sales and legal information.

Then prepare the visual material. Allocate the 19 assets by band rather than collecting photographs without a purpose. Supply the hero building imagery, residence interiors or layouts, amenities, a visit image and the project marks or other assets needed for the Logo strip. Write the location list from verified travel times. Finally, gather the questions that belong in the accordion and decide exactly what a booked visit includes.

Variations for nearby property trades

For branded residences, make the Project and Logo strip explain the approved brand relationship, then use Residences to set out what is delivered in each home. Keep the Terms table focused on the actual purchase route.

For a resort scheme, use Location for access to the destination and Amenities for the facilities that are available to residents. The Visit section can describe the sales appointment and model, without implying that every pictured service is included.

For an architecture-led single building, let the Hero and Project explain the site and design idea, then make Residences practical with layouts, sizes and prices. The page still needs the payment schedule and visit route; design interest alone is not enough for an enquiry.

When another template fits better

Residence Launch is a closer fit when the main job is introducing a new residence release rather than setting out this full off-plan path.

Garden Community Residences suits a residential community where the garden setting is the central proposition.

Waterfront Development Enquiries is worth considering when the waterfront location should lead the enquiry page.

Property Agency Listings fits an agency presenting listings rather than one development and its sales-gallery appointment.

Browse the wider real estate collection if the project has a different sales route.

Before you publish

  • Check all prices, sizes and availability wording.
  • Verify every location time and distance.
  • Confirm the payment schedule and escrow wording.
  • Test the enquiry form and visit booking route.
04 questions

Before you start

Is this only for off-plan towers?
No. It is intended for off-plan developments, including condominium towers, branded residences, resort schemes and single high-end buildings. It can also support a completed building when the Terms section is rewritten to reflect availability rather than construction milestones.
Can the page take a reservation or payment?
The stated goal is an enquiry, and the template includes an enquiry form and a booking route for a sales-gallery visit. It should not be described as taking payment unless that function is added and confirmed separately.
What if payment terms are still being finalised?
Do not publish a detailed schedule until the deposit, milestones and related wording are approved. The Terms band is important because it explains what buyers pay and when, so uncertain details are better resolved before launch.
Will a photo-led page work if the building is not built yet?
Yes, provided the available imagery is allocated honestly across the page and supports the project information. The template needs 19 visual assets, including images for the building proposition, residences, amenities, the visit and closing section.
