Property search, selected listings, adviser enquiries
For estate agents, lettings businesses and relocation advisers who need a photo-led property page that helps visitors search homes, understand local areas and send an enquiry to a named contact.

The headings are the demo's own sample text. Your brief, or the AI copy pass, replaces them; the structure stays.

Someone looking for Property Agency Listings needs a page that makes the homes easy to begin exploring, while showing why an agency is worth speaking to. A generic business page can state that an agency sells or lets property. It does less well at bringing together a property search, selected listings, local area context and a direct route to an adviser.
This design is built around that fuller decision. It starts with homes and locations, then moves through featured properties, the agency’s approach, the buying or renting journey, local area information and an enquiry. It is best for a business with a considered book of properties and a clear region to represent.
The template is also suitable where the offer is close to estate agency work but not identical: a holiday-home broker, a relocation adviser or a single development sales site. It does not include a separate launch-focused structure for a development. For that job, Residence Launch is the closer starting point.
The Hero opens with the message “A Place For What’s Next”. Its two photographs carry the first impression, while “Contact us” and “Explore Properties” give visitors two useful routes: speak to the agency or look at homes first. The opening copy should name the kind of places represented and the region the agency knows. It should not promise every type of property if the business only handles a particular market.
Next comes Buy Rent New Projects Location Any. This is the search point, with a Search action. The business needs to decide which choices are meaningful for its own book. An agency focused entirely on lettings should make that clear in the wording around this band. A broker covering sales and holiday homes can use the available categories to help visitors begin with the right intent.
The Logo strip follows. It uses six photographs, so the material selected here needs to support the agency’s setting and point of view. Keep these images connected to the places, homes or local atmosphere that the rest of the page represents. They should not introduce a second, unrelated region.
Listings is the main property selection. “Handpicked for a Brighter Tomorrow” is supported by three photographs and listing information, including price and specifications. This is where the business should choose homes that explain the range of its work. Include accurate property names, locations, prices and the details visitors need to compare a home. The surrounding copy can explain the selection standard, but it should match how the agency actually assesses properties.
The About band gives the agency a chance to explain its role. It combines a quote, a photograph and “Start your journey”. This is the right place to describe the type of advice offered, the places covered and what makes the service personal. It should be written in plain terms that a buyer, tenant or relocating household can understand.
How sets out “Four steps, and one adviser throughout”. The four-stage explanation should reflect the business’s real process from first conversation to completion or move-in. The claim about keeping one adviser should only remain if that is how the team works. If the agency has handovers, write the process honestly instead.
Areas provides local context through “The coast, learned street by street”. It includes a table and a photograph, making it the place for area-by-area information that helps visitors narrow a search. The table should be filled with useful local comparisons that the agency can stand behind. For a business outside a coastal market, the heading and content need changing to suit its actual towns, districts or neighbourhoods.
The Story band adds another quote and photograph. It can carry a client perspective or a short account of what the business values in its work. Questions then handles the common concerns before an enquiry. Its accordion should answer the questions the agency receives first, such as the kind of homes represented, the areas covered and what happens after contact. Replace the example email address with a working business contact detail.
Get started asks visitors to “Tell us what you are looking for”. The form is the page’s main conversion point. Its promise about homes chosen by a person and sent within two days should only be used if the business can meet it. The closing band returns to the emotional decision behind a property search, with one photograph and the options to explore properties or make contact.
The template offers Ink, Bronze, Pine and Harbour colour schemes. Choose one that supports the business’s own material without making the page say more than the homes and region can support. The type pairing is Inter for display text and Hanken Grotesk for body copy. Alternatives pair Hanken Grotesk with either Familjen Grotesk or Barlow.
The page needs sixteen photographs in total. Two appear in the Hero. Six sit in the Logo strip, three support Listings, and single photographs appear in About, Areas, Story, Get started and the Closing band. Prepare the image set as a whole, rather than choosing each band in isolation. The homes, local setting and people shown should describe one consistent market.
Starting from this template costs no credits. Rewriting the copy with AI costs about 20 credits. A useful brief names the business, its region, the property types it represents, whether it handles sales, lettings or both, and the action the page should produce.
It should also state what the agency can genuinely promise after an enquiry. If visitors receive a call, say that. If an adviser sends a short selection of homes, explain the usual timing only where the team can keep to it. Give the AI the real area names, property examples and the language clients use when they describe what they need.
Start with the property material. Write accurate descriptions for the homes that will appear in Listings, including the price, location and relevant specifications. Decide which homes best represent the business now, not simply the ones with the most dramatic images.
Then prepare the regional content for Areas. The table needs information that helps someone compare locations. Write the four stages in How as the team actually delivers them. Collect the quotes for About and Story only where there is permission to use them, and write the answers for Questions from real enquiries.
Finally, agree who receives form enquiries and what they will do next. The contact wording, stated response time and named adviser should all be current before the page goes live.
A lettings agency can make the search and Listings content lead with available rental homes, then use Questions to explain the practical parts of making an enquiry. The process in How should describe the business’s real rental journey.
A relocation service can use About and How to explain its advisory role, while Areas becomes the centre of the page. Listings should show the sort of homes and locations the service can help clients consider, without presenting unavailable properties as current options.
A holiday-home broker can use the Hero and Closing band to establish the destination, then select Listings that show the kind of stays or second homes it represents. If direct rental booking is the main goal, Cabin Rentals Direct is a better fit.
For enquiries about one waterside scheme rather than an agency’s wider listings, use Waterfront Development Enquiries. For a residential community with its own setting and homes, see Garden Community Residences.
For homes sold before completion, Off Plan Residences better matches the offer. For more real estate starting points, visit the real estate template hub.
Starting from the theme costs no credits. Or describe the offer and the AI draws a new page in this style, usually in about two minutes.
