How this page works, and how to make it yours

For offers with a start, an end and a reason

Brand promotions often confuse people: where does the code work, is there a catch, what happens with the charity money? Campaign Promotion uses condensed poster type, an offer stamp and seasonal colour to make the offer unmissable, then prints every term plainly so nobody has to guess.

It suits seasonal promotions, partner or charity tie-ups, member codes, launch weeks, cashback and trade-in offers. Choose it when the page has to carry dates, a mechanic, partner details and terms.

How the page gets codes claimed

The hero sets the campaign line large, with the dates and the offer in one sentence, including what each claim contributes. How it works gives three steps and says what is not needed: no app, no card, no account.

What you get states the discount, minimum spend and where it scans. The count shows live progress against a cap, which adds urgency without inventing it. The partner tells the story of the organisation benefiting with a photograph, and where it works explains how to recognise participating shops.

Questions answers the honest ones, such as whether a donation is made if a code is never used. The claim form asks for an email and area, the terms lists every condition with a version date, and a final strip shows how much is left to fund.

Adjusting the look

Four seasonal schemes are included: Bramble, Pine, Cobalt and Ember. Headings can be Oswald, Anton or Archivo. Three photographs are used; one strong image of the partner’s work gives the campaign its meaning.

The counter, offer details and terms are editable. For the next campaign, duplicate the page and ask the AI to rewrite the hero, mechanic and terms.

Writing it for your campaign

Starting from the template is free. For about 20 credits, the AI writes your copy into the design. Include campaign dates, the offer and minimum spend, how to claim and redeem, the partner and what each claim funds, the cap, where it works and the full terms.

Getting the mechanic and terms right

A brand promotion lives or dies on how clearly the offer works, and it will be read by customers, partners and sometimes regulators. Start with the dates, including the time zone, and whether claiming and redeeming close at different times. Write the mechanic as three steps a person follows, and test it with someone outside the team. If it takes more than three steps to explain, simplify the offer.

The terms need the discount or reward, the minimum spend, where codes work, how many codes one person can claim, and whether codes combine with other offers. If a charity or partner benefits, state exactly what triggers the donation, such as a code being used rather than claimed, how much each use funds and any cap. Many countries regulate commercial partnerships with charities, so check what must be disclosed. The counter should update from real data on a stated schedule. The list of participating places needs to be accurate, with a way for customers to check before they travel. Three photographs are used, so choose one that shows the cause or partner and one of the product.

Seasonal offers, member codes and trade-ins

A seasonal promotion without a partner can use the counter for codes remaining. Member or employee codes can replace the claim form with a login or verification step. Launch weeks for a new product line usually swap the partner section for the product itself. Cashback and trade-in campaigns need a longer how-it-works section with deadlines for submitting receipts or items, and a clear statement of when money is paid.

When another template fits better

Campaign Promotion is for brand-led offers with a partner or code. A shop’s own time-limited sale fits Dated Flash Sale, and a charity asking for donations directly belongs on Cause Appeal. Grocery offers for a weekend suit Grocer Weekend Offers, and bundles sold year-round Bundle And Save.

Before you publish

  • Have the terms reviewed for promotion and charity rules.
  • Agree the counter update routine with your partner.
  • Test code delivery and redemption at a real till.
  • Check the list of participating locations.
04 questions

Before you start

What promotions suit this template?
Seasonal brand promotions, partner or charity tie-ups, member codes, launch weeks, cashback and trade-in offers run by a brand rather than a single shop.
How does the live counter work?
It shows a number you update, such as codes claimed or donations funded, against a cap. Keep it current so the page stays honest.
Why print the terms on the page?
Promotions attract scepticism. Publishing all the terms, with a version date, answers the doubts that stop people claiming.
Which schemes are included?
Bramble, Pine, Cobalt and Ember on warm paper, with Oswald, Anton or Archivo headings.
