How this page works, and how to make it yours

For studios whose work is the proof

Companies commissioning a digital product want evidence the studio can ship: what it has built, who will build theirs, how the project runs and roughly what it costs. Digital Studio is a dark, full-bleed template with a technical feel that answers each of those, and ends on a project enquiry.

It suits digital product studios, web and app development shops, creative-technology agencies, UX consultancies and software houses selling projects. Choose it when the brief wants a portfolio-led agency page with process steps and published packages.

How the page makes the case

The hero states what the studio does and lists research, interface, application and brand system as one team’s work, with the location and a strong image. About gives the team size, review score and who the studio works with.

Capability explains that one team stays on a project from first interview to release, and services describes three practices in detail. A numbers band counts products shipped, returning clients, staff and years. A short handover promise commits to the repository, design system and ninety days of support.

Pricing publishes fixed packages with delivery times and what is included. Process sets out the steps of a project, selected work shows the last eighteen months, reviews quote clients a year after launch, the project form asks what has to ship and by when, and shipped this year closes with three releases and the change each produced.

Making it look like your studio

Four schemes sit on a deep navy ground: Electric blue, Lime tech, Heat orange and Mint. Headings can be Epilogue, Familjen Grotesk, Space Grotesk or Archivo, with Hanken Grotesk or IBM Plex Sans for text. The demo carries 14 photographs and interface images; your own screens and team shots are the most persuasive replacement.

Package prices, process steps and project entries are editable in place. Select the work section and ask the AI to rewrite it from your case study notes.

Writing it for your studio

Start from the template free, or tick “Write the text for my business” to have the AI replace the copy for about 20 credits without touching the design. Include your practices, team size and location, numbers you can stand behind, packages and prices, your project process, recent work with outcomes and how quickly you reply.

What to pull from your portfolio

The page makes its case with shipped work, so choose projects before writing anything. Pick four to six that show the range you want to sell, and for each note the client, the problem, what your team delivered and one outcome, such as a conversion lift, a release date met or users reached. If a client cannot be named, describe the sector and scale instead. Screens and product shots should be real exports from the work, not mockups made for the site.

The published packages need a scope you would actually sign: deliverables, duration and fixed price, with what falls outside. The numbers band is stronger with figures you can back up, like products shipped, repeat clients and team size. For the handover promise, write what the client receives at the end, such as the repository, the design system and a support period. Fourteen photographs are used, which leaves room for studio and team images alongside the work.

Web shops, UX consultancies and software houses

A web development shop can put the packages at the centre and add the technologies it builds with. UX consultancies usually replace build services with research methods, workshops and audit reports, and show findings rather than screens. Software houses selling long projects can swap fixed packages for team compositions and monthly rates, keeping the project enquiry form with a budget range and start date.

When another template fits better

Digital Studio is dark and engineering-led. A studio that prefers a light, bold look with strong type fits Product Design Studio, and one that sells through a quiet index of projects will like Studio Index. Marketing and growth agencies selling retainers are better on Bold Agency or Growth Agency, and an app studio wanting a softer, premium feel should see Frosted Glass.

All studio and agency layouts are on the agency and studio templates page.

Before you publish

  • Replace work images with your own shipped products.
  • Check package prices and delivery times against current proposals.
  • Get client approval for reviews and results.
  • Ask for deadline and budget range in the project form.
04 questions

Before you start

Who is this template for?
Digital product studios, web and app development companies, creative-technology agencies, UX consultancies and software houses selling projects.
Do we need published prices?
The pricing section shows fixed packages because they shorten the first call. If your projects are all bespoke, change it to typical ranges or remove it.
How do we show case studies?
Selected work lists recent projects by type, and shipped this year shows three releases with what changed after launch, such as steps removed or conversion gained.
Which schemes are included?
Electric blue, Lime tech, Heat orange and Mint on a deep navy ground, with Epilogue, Familjen Grotesk, Space Grotesk or Archivo headings.
