The headings are the demo's own sample text. Your brief, or the AI copy pass, replaces them; the structure stays.

People hiring a builder are about to hand over a large sum and their home. They want to see finished work, know who will run the site and trust the price will not move. Construction is a bold, photo-heavy template with an engineering feel that answers those three worries, and closes on a survey with a fixed price.
It suits general contractors, design-and-build firms, home renovators, loft and extension specialists, interior fit-out companies and architecture practices offering turnkey builds. Choose it when trust comes from completed projects, warranties and a fixed-price promise.
The hero is a two-part promise, “Fixed price. One site manager.”, over a photograph of a live site, with the areas covered and how quickly a priced quote follows the survey. About gives years on site and the scope of work, and services sets out design, build and renovation under a single contract.
A numbers band shows live sites, tradespeople on the payroll, jobs handed over and the share delivered on the contract date. Projects is a grid of finished buildings, and how we work lists six stages the client signs off one at a time, which answers the fear of a job drifting.
Why us and team put names and roles to the firm. Rates publishes prices per square metre with what is included, reviews quotes clients after handover, before and after shows three recent projects with budget, duration and whether they finished early, and the page ends with a quote form.
Four schemes are included: Site orange, Engineer blue, Steel navy and Signal red. Heading options are Familjen Grotesk or Epilogue over Bai Jamjuree, Archivo over Hanken Grotesk, or Lexend over IBM Plex Sans. Bai Jamjuree gives body text a slightly technical, drawing-office feel.
The demo uses 30 photographs, and this is a template where your own site and finished-job photos make the sale. Replace the project grid and before-and-after images first; captions and figures are editable in place.
The template is free to start from. If you would rather not rewrite it, the AI can replace the sample text with copy for your firm for about 20 credits, keeping the design exactly. Tell it your areas, the work you take on, your pricing method, how many jobs you have handed over and on time, your stages, and the names of the people clients will deal with.
This layout uses thirty photographs, so the project archive matters more than the words. For each finished job you plan to show, collect a wide exterior, two interiors, the type of work, the borough and the time from start to handover. If you have before photos taken from the same angle, use them. Clients choosing a builder want to see work in a house like theirs, so pick projects that match the jobs you want more of.
Check the numbers in the stats band against your records: sites running, trades on the payroll, jobs handed over and the share delivered on the contract date. Write the six stages as your contracts define them, with what the client signs off at each one. For the team section, photograph the site managers clients will actually meet, and include how long each has been with the firm, since continuity is the reason people pay for a fixed-price builder.
A home renovator can drop the new-build projects and put kitchens, bathrooms and lofts first. Interior fit-out companies should replace residential stages with a programme that works around a live office or shop. Design-build and architecture practices can lead with the scheme stage, showing drawings next to the finished result, and use the quote form to ask for the site address and budget band.
Construction is built for larger jobs with a survey and a contract. Tradespeople who want a quick call-out page, such as electricians, plumbers or heating engineers, should look at Trade Shopfront. Solar and energy installers have Solar, which publishes system prices and payback. Property developers selling new homes need Residence Launch, and an architecture practice that sells design more than building may prefer the editorial Studio Index or Swiss Grid.
