How this page works, and how to make it yours

For practices that want patients to feel looked after

People looking for a doctor, dentist or physio are often worried or in pain, and many have had rushed appointments before. Calm Clinic is a white-and-sage template with a quiet serif that feels unhurried, and it answers the practical questions plainly: how long appointments are, who you will see, what it costs and how to book.

It suits dental, medical and physiotherapy practices, therapy and counselling rooms, aesthetic and dermatology clinics, and veterinary and optician practices. Choose it when calm and trust matter and the page exists to book an appointment.

What each section does

The hero promises “A doctor who has read your file before you sit down”, with appointment length, continuity of care and response times in one sentence. What we do lists the everyday services with appointment lengths.

Your visit explains three steps and publishes the average wait past appointment time. Doctors introduces each clinician, explains that patients keep the same doctor and states panel sizes. A numbers band with a patient quote gives appointment length, waiting time, urgent requests seen quickly and patients in care.

The clinic describes rooms, on-site lab and separate entrances. Prices sets out co-pays and self-pay prices with no hidden fees, questions answers referrals and accepted insurance, and the page ends with an appointment request confirmed within hours and an urgent phone line.

Adjusting the look

Four gentle schemes are included: Sage, Teal, Clay and Indigo. Headings can be Spectral, Lora or Newsreader, all readable serifs paired with soft sans body faces. Fourteen photographs of rooms and clinicians are used; real photos of your team help nervous patients most.

Services, prices and doctors are editable in the page editor, and you can select any section and ask the AI to rewrite it for a dental or physio practice instead.

Writing it for your practice

Start from the template for free, or tick “Write the text for my business” and the AI replaces the sample text for about 20 credits, keeping the layout. Include services and appointment lengths, your clinicians, how visits work, waiting times you can publish, facilities, prices or insurance arrangements, and how appointments are confirmed.

What patients want to know before booking

People choosing a new practice compare waiting times, who they will see and what it costs. Collect those facts first: the standard appointment length, how soon routine and urgent appointments are available, and the average wait past the booked time if you measure it. The doctors section needs each clinician’s name, specialty, qualifications and whether new patients can register with them.

Decide how pricing is shown. If you accept insurance, list the plans and explain what patients pay. If you see self-paying patients, publish the prices for common visits and tests, and say whether anything else can be added. The visit section should describe booking, arrival and follow-up in the order they happen. Fourteen photographs are used, so photograph the rooms, the waiting area and the clinicians with their consent. Check any clinical claims with your medical lead before publishing. Finally, explain how repeat prescriptions and test results are handled, since those are the tasks existing patients return for most often.

Dental, physiotherapy and counselling practices

A dental practice can list check-ups, hygiene and treatments with prices and add an emergency appointment line. Physiotherapy clinics usually describe the first assessment in detail and show conditions treated, with packages of sessions. Therapy and counselling rooms need a quieter version: therapist approaches and qualifications, session length and fees, and a gentle enquiry form. Optician and veterinary practices can adapt the same structure with their own services and registrations.

When another template fits better

Calm Clinic is built for everyday care. Elective aesthetic treatments with before-and-after results fit Aesthetic Clinic, and a veterinary practice that also grooms and boards will prefer the friendlier Pet Care. Pilates, yoga or physiotherapy studios selling classes suit Boutique Studio, and spas and massage belong on Still Wellness.

Before you publish

  • Check medical wording and published figures with your practice manager.
  • Confirm prices, insurance plans accepted and opening hours.
  • Use photographs of your own clinicians and rooms.
  • Keep the appointment form free of clinical details; collect those securely later.
